For the agriculture the subsidies from the government is not coming to the farmers quickly even though the farmer is ready to invest there will huge delay from the government officials who are looking into the applications. The process it self very time consuming. There are very less farmers know about subsidies from the government there is no officer is educating the villagers about this. The number of applications for the subsidies are very less the rate of clearance of applications is 4% only. Time is money don't waste time of a farmer and don't waste the money you are collecting as taxes which are paying the salaries of the government officials.
Suggestions to improve :
1. It should be good idea to give some acknowledgement to the applications that will be the first step to avoid late processing some extent.
2.Give the date of submission and put a target date to complete it either it get accepted or rejected.
3.Put some fines for the officers who is responsible for the delay. Fine should be equal to the yield of the crop which the farmer is applied for in that time period.
