OFB's transfer policy is bad. they have posted one clothing technologist from kanpur to hard core mechanical factory Gun and Shell Factory. He was given Admin, then he moved to the Member in OFB and got him posted in Purchase.
Another officer is posted to Jabalpur, now fielding for the post of Director/Vigilance in OFB. Godfather of both the officer is same..... that Member.
Another officer in Vigilance/ OFB has deep routed himself for more than 3 years....whereas posting in CVO is a tenure posting of 3 years.

This is the platform where we can share our good and bad experience. Last month i was traveling with my family by this train from Tata to Gorkhpur PNR No. 6145333769, someone taken our all luggage when train left Gaya station around 4 am. It was worst experience of my life....
