18463 Bhubaneswar-Bengaluru City Express Train

I can the most hopeless train so for I have ever seen (both ways). Just to say the fact its not at all a express train, but a passenger train. Vijayawada-Bangalore Cantt. Passenger takes 18 hours and Prasanthi express takes 16 hours to cover the same distance with more charges. Coaches are hopeless, most old never maintained. Always overloaded, with much dirt and hopeless toilets. Don't know when this train will get facelift. The time can be reduced at least by 6 hours between Bangalore and Vijayawada.
