wanted two tickets fro senior citizens for 21st oct 2016. Was at the reservation counter by 7.45 and 2nd in the Q. by 8.05 am got RAC 5 & ^ in 2AC. What kind of cartel is this? this train always has huge rush and getting reservation is like a lottery. please increase the AC 2 And Ac 3 tier coaches and also the frequency. train runs only once a week.
