12837 Howrah Junction-Puri Express Train

It has become a practice with the AC coach attendant to approach the passenger for tips before the passenger getting down from the train on the ground that we are low paid private employees. Some passengers are also paying Rs. 10/- to Rs. 20/-. But how far this is correct. This practice is also continuing in Rajadhani Express. The person attending/ supplying food and beverage is collecting hepty amount from the passengers.
Is this not coming to the notice of Railway Ministry Officials. Is it the positive result of privatisation ???
